Founded against a longstanding background within the FRP doors and Mannequins sectors identifying quality,service and value as key corestone to it’s development, Heranjal Fibro has gained massive reputation for it’s Quality and durability of doorset solutions for any home or commercial requirements. We are majorly into the business of designing and manufacturing of FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) doors, Laminated doors, Lamination doors for any home or commercial building requirement. We also make designers doors as per the requirement.

Why FRP?

The indiscriminate use of wood has led to a serious environmental and ecological crises and rapid depletion of forest cover. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop suitable substitutes to wood-based building products. A great deal of research and development has gone into composites. The introduction of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) with their superior properties in the complex application in Aerospace, Shipping, and Automobile industries paved the way for the development of sandwich FRP doors, with their advantage of superior properties at competitive price.

FRP Specification

Manufacture and supply of EPEE make FRP door shutter 32mm(+/- 1mm) thick with seasoned hard wood styles of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail. FRP laminate will be made of 200gsm to 450gms chopped strand matt and unsaturated polyester resin with thickness of 1mm to 1.5mm. The core of shutter will be filledas specified. The shutter to be water proof as well as mild acid/alkali resistant manufactured using RV-TIFAC technology in an ISO 9001-2008 certified factory.

FRP Door Construction

A sandwich structure consists of two thin, but high-strength face sheets (Glass Fiber Polymer Composites) bounded by a means of liquid adhesive, to a thick but light-weight core, viz. Material 9 Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), polyurethane foam. Each component by itself is relatively weak and flexible. However, when combined together in a sandwich panel they produce a structure that is stiff, strong and yet light-weight. The core material serves to stabilize the face sheet against bucking under compression, torsion or bending loads, and provides a rigid and highly efficient structure. VENEER MOULDING PANEL DOORS

Doors are made from high quality fiber board panel which resists shrinking, swelling, cracking and joint separation. This veneer series with Timber core serves as the best alternative to solid timber panel doors. They are not only durable and long lasting but also borer and warp free. The veneer doors demands very low maintenance.

LAMINATED DOORS

A laminate is a material constructed by uniting two or more layers of material together. The process of creating a laminate is lamination, which usually refers to sandwiching something between layers of plastic and sealing them with heat and/or pressure.

Lamination is a process of pasting a laminated sheet with heat and pressure. It is intended to give a long life to the ply or the material beneath. The substance used for the process increases the features as well as durability of the door.

The door undergo the process of lamination with equal mechanic pressure and bonding against the traditional time consuming manual process on site.

LAMINATED MOULDED DOORS

Laminated Moulded Door is a skin moulded door coated with high grade PVC foil. This PVC foil gives a pre-finished look which is paint - free as well. A zero maintainance door is delivered for total convenience.
